The Romanian Factoring Association (ARF) was established in April 2011 by 10 founding members, Banks and Non Banking Financial Institutions.

ARF was established based on members’ common goals of protecting and defending the general interests of the Romanian factoring market and of the factoring professionals.

ARF 2011 Projects:

• Develop and implement the "Code of Ethics and Best Practices" for the factoring community
• Involve in legislative initiatives meant to provide a regulatory frame to the factoring activity and to protect the members of this community
• Develop annually a comprehensive study of the Romanian Factoring Market
